Exclusions from Warranty

2. Ensure strict adherence to the product usage and care instructions provided to avoid unnecessary damage.

Warranty Claim Process

1.Submit a Claim

Order number;

Detailed description of the issue;

Clear photos or videos of the product as evidence.

2. Assessment and Processing

Our team will evaluate your claim within 5 business days of receipt and inform you of the resolution. This may include repair, replacement, or other solutions.

3. Follow-Up Support

If the product needs to be returned for repair or replacement, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to our designated address. Eternowood will cover the cost of returning the product to the customer after repair or replacement.
